The management at St Lukes Church wanted to improve the general security of the building and for all the staff and people visiting. They arranged a site survey with Zone CCTV who came and visited the committee members to discuss all the possible ways we could help improve the security at the church.

We recommended an advanced Hikvision IP CCTV system, covering all the external grounds and vulnerabilities of the property and a couple of internal cameras mainly covering the reception area on the top floor. With the building being grade 2 listed, we carefully planned out the locations of the cameras and how our engineers could hide the cables so that they could not be seen. We opted for grey Turret cameras with a black face which suited the style of the building.

In the YouTube video (above) there is some footage taken directly from the cameras. This shows the crystal clear footage the cameras can record at day and night time using the Hikvision Darkfighter colour at night technology.

We also installed an advanced burglar alarm system with a panic button, so if any members of staff got into any difficulties they could raise the alarm to all the members of staff. Learn more about our Burglar Alarm Installations.

As part of this job our team also installed a Hikvision intercom system allowing evening staff to see who was at the door before they answered it.
