Highly recommended what ever your needs.
The initial consultation was impressive, with the overall security of our house being reviewed as well as specifying the CCTV requirements.
The installation was first class, taking around two hours for five cameras and the recorder. All the cabling was very discrete and the run through of the App and how to use the system was easy to understand.
The price we were quoted was very competitive, and the service we received went over and above what was expected.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zone CCTV to anyone.

If you do get a problem they are helpful and will try to solve it for you quickly at their end ,without coming out.
If they do need to come out to it ,their rates are very reasonable.
Can't say how impressed I was with these guys. They have no problem spending time explaining things about the system so you understand it.

The installation was fast and absolutely great, no visible cables on the façade, and both the cameras and the apps work perfectly. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the pricing was fair and very transparently detailed.
They also offer friendly and accessible after-sales support, which really gives you peace of mind. It’s clear they know the business extremely well and can advise you on exactly what you need without overselling. The engineer who handled the installation was very knowledgeable and walked us through every part of the setup.

From the initial enquiry I received a call back within a few minutes to arrange a time for a site visit. The job was booked in quickly on a date that was suitable for me so I didn’t have to take time off work.
From start to finish I have been very impressed and happy with the service received, the aftercare has also been top notch.
The app is extremely easy to use and puts my mind at ease that my property is now covered 24 hours a day.
I have already recommended Zone to friends and family I just hope they make contact.

I contacted a few CCTV companies in Leeds, some that were slow to respond and one that turned me away as they didn't like using Hik.
However start to finish Zone CCTV were spot on. Responded to me fast, turned up same day, quote sent over within hours, and installation with 5 days. Also helped steer me (correctly) away from the colorvu to the Acusense - something which in hindsight they couldnt have been more right about!!! Installation went smoothly and they did a truly fantastic job making it look good by hiding wires etc.
For anyone thinking of getting a proper cctv setup look no further than Zone.
