Our CCTV engineers recommended a modern Hikvision TVI system using hybrid technology cameras. These specific units combine traditional infrared night vision with bright white light options to ensure crisp, full-colour imaging even in total darkness. The new cameras feature built-in smart human detection to filter out false alerts and integrated microphones for high-quality audio recording around key areas of the property. This provides the business owners with clear visual and auditory evidence if an incident ever occurs on-site.

Alongside the commercial CCTV installation, the client required a reliable business security alarm to monitor staff activity and daily building access. We installed a wireless Ajax alarm system and configured individual user profiles on the mobile application for each employee. The system now logs the specific name of every staff member whenever the alarm is set or unset. This allows the business owner to receive instant smartphone notifications when the team arrives in the morning and verify that the building is fully secured when they leave at night.

To ensure complete peace of mind for employees working late into the evening, we integrated two physical panic buttons into the Ajax system setup. If a staff member ever faces a security threat, pressing the button instantly triggers the high-decibel external siren to deter intruders. Simultaneously, an immediate alert is broadcast to all staff mobile apps to ensure help can be coordinated rapidly. The entire wiring and device placement process was completed cleanly and neatly by our local engineers, leaving the client highly satisfied with their upgraded security.
