A customer in Morley, Leeds contacted us after moving into a property with an existing Annke CCTV system. They wanted to view the cameras on their mobile phones but needed help getting everything connected.

Annke is not a system we normally install or service, but we were happy to take a look and see what we could do.

We connected the CCTV system to the internet, downloaded the mobile app and created an account for the customer. Once it was set up, they could view their cameras live on their phones.

We also checked that the system was working and that the date and time were set correctly. The customer was happy to have access to the cameras from their phones.

The existing cameras were older and there was room to improve the picture quality with newer equipment. We talked the customer through some of the cameras now available and provided a quotation. They can contact us if they decide to upgrade in the future.

While at the property, we noticed that the rear doors had standard euro cylinder locks. We replaced them with three-star anti-snap cylinders to improve the security of the doors.

Changing the locks also meant the customer received new keys after moving in, without having to rely on knowing who might still have keys from the previous occupants.
