We purchased the Hik-Connect software/cameras and Ajax alarm system from Simon who manages at Zone CCTV & Burglar Alarms, and he is always so responsive and accommodating; even years later!
Brendon, who is one of their loyal engineers, revisited again and was so polite and helpful, ensured everything was updated and set up correctly, and took the time to go through the app/system with me to ensure I knew how the new updates worked and as well took the time to set up a couple of new things I wanted/needed. Brendon even went above and beyond as to put back up my indoor sensors for me (as my partner still hadn’t done so after redecorating a few months ago)! Really so helpful and always go above and beyond!
The system itself is genuinely top of its league! It works absolutely perfectly, and is extremely clear with the picture and sound and there are never any delays with the notifications! The new updates are also impressive as they allow more/different ways to receive notifications and even alarm the inside/outside of our house! Additionally, I love the smart feature of knowing it can detect humans only, really so helpful!

CCTV and new locks fitted. Reasonable price. Reliable, informative and friendly service. I had many questions about the CCTV installation and Simon found time to answer them all.
Edit- I had an issue with the hard drive a few years on and contacted Simon for advice. He gave me a quick solution to get the issue sorted and all seems to be working again.

All easy and smooth from start to finish. Our first meeting with Simon was wonderful. He had fabulous knowledge and discussed options with us. He wasn’t pushy at all and we found the quote for a complete new alarm system and CCTV was fair and reasonable. We had been recommended by close friends who had just had installed the same thing and were delighted with the service and workmanship.
Brandon came to decommission our old system and install the new, talking it through with us so we could make decisions during the fit. A highly likeable and knowledgeable young man and a very tidy worker. It was a pleasure to have him in our home and complete the work. We are extremely satisfied with our new systems. On a recommendation, we used Zone CCTV for some new cameras. We were visited and were advised of the most suitable places to put the cameras and we could see that these locations would give us the greater protection. They were fitted within days of inquiry by an excellent guy from the Company who couldn't have been more helpful and friendly if he'd tried! The camera results are so clear and effective and we are delighted with the finished job. Would certainly recommend Zone CCTV to anyone. We haven't added photos to this feedback as I'm afraid that our IT skills don't run to that!!!!
Fantastic service from start to finish. Slight set up issue, very quickly resolved. Set up team extremely efficient, worked around our very busy production areas. Highly recommend.

Service was second to none! Helped me out with a few technical issues on existing CCTV and advised on some changes to be made to enhance recording. Simon was a pleasure to deal with. Will use him again when anything goes wrong. A great find for my list of good, reliable trades.

After gathering quotes from several cctv/alarm companies and reading reviews online we settled on Zone CCTV & Burglar Alarms. We were impressed with Simon's initial survey and despite us having to change the installation date several times, nothing was too much trouble. We were guided through the installation by the engineer Brandon who also took us through set up on our phones and fobs. Since installation a few tweaks have been done, adjusting sensitivity and also help when we changed broadband supplier.
We are thoroughly satisfied with the overall supply and service and have already recommended them to friends.

Excellent customer service. Problem with the camera not connecting to the wifi. Prompt response by telephone and an engineer at my home the same day.
