Would highly recommend Zone CCTV. Their engineers are so friendly and make the whole process really easy. The price was reasonable and the whole process took 2 hours.

I found Simon's 'YouTube Hikvision Tutorials' and decided he was the man I needed to sort my CCTV system out. Decided to ring up and I was impressed straight away, as he answered the phone and was happy to discuss my issue. Unfortunately, we are too far away but he offered to make some phone calls to get me a local firm that deals with Hikvision to assist me which i though was very kind of him. What a shame we don't live nearer! Thank you for your great customer service Simon

I cannot rate this gentleman highly enough. He was extremely busy but virtually dropped everything for me. I was extremely worried as I was endeavouring to see some CCTV from a business whose cameras may have had footage of an accident. Despite being busy Simon went on the same day and attained the footage for me which was thankfully available. The footage was necessary for the insurance companies who were in dispute. He was extremely experienced and competent regarding the CCTV equipment. Cannot rate him highly enough

I have had my cctv unit for 6 years now and it had stopped working. Simon attended at short notice, found the issue and replaced the power supply which had failed, once again I am very happy.
