I recently had CCTV installed by Zone CCTV and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the service has been excellent.
A special mention goes to Simon, who has been an absolute star throughout. The installation itself was smooth and efficient—everything was set up within a couple of hours without any hassle. What’s really stood out, though, is the aftercare. Simon has been incredibly responsive, always quick to reply and proactive in troubleshooting any queries. His technical knowledge and clear explanations give you real confidence in the system.

All easy and smooth from start to finish. Our first meeting with Simon was wonderful. He had fabulous knowledge and discussed options with us. He wasn’t pushy at all and we found the quote for a complete new alarm system and CCTV was fair and reasonable. We had been recommended by close friends who had just had installed the same thing and were delighted with the service and workmanship.

On a recommendation, we used Zone CCTV for some new cameras. We were visited and were advised of the most suitable places to put the cameras and we could see that these locations would give us the greater protection. They were fitted within days of inquiry by an excellent guy from the Company who couldn't have been more helpful and friendly if he'd tried! The camera results are so clear and effective and we are delighted with the finished job. Would certainly recommend Zone CCTV to anyone. We haven't added photos to this feedback as I'm afraid that our IT skills don't run to that!!!!

Service was second to none! Helped me out with a few technical issues on existing CCTV and advised on some changes to be made to enhance recording. Simon was a pleasure to deal with. Will use him again when anything goes wrong. A great find for my list of good, reliable trades.

After gathering quotes from several cctv/alarm companies and reading reviews online we settled on Zone CCTV & Burglar Alarms. We were impressed with Simon's initial survey and despite us having to change the installation date several times, nothing was too much trouble. We were guided through the installation by the engineer Brandon who also took us through set up on our phones and fobs. Since installation a few tweaks have been done, adjusting sensitivity and also help when we changed broadband supplier.
We are thoroughly satisfied with the overall supply and service and have already recommended them to friends.

Excellent customer service. Problem with the camera not connecting to the wifi. Prompt response by telephone and an engineer at my home the same day.
