Wouldn't choose anyone else, the cctv system is really good.

If you do get a problem they are helpful and will try to solve it for you quickly at their end ,without coming out.
If they do need to come out to it ,their rates are very reasonable.
Can't say how impressed I was with these guys. They have no problem spending time explaining things about the system so you understand it.
But it's very easy to follow.
Wouldn't be without it now feel very secure.

The installation was fast and absolutely great, no visible cables on the façade, and both the cameras and the apps work perfectly. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the pricing was fair and very transparently detailed.
They also offer friendly and accessible after-sales support, which really gives you peace of mind. It’s clear they know the business extremely well and can advise you on exactly what you need without overselling. The engineer who handled the installation was very knowledgeable and walked us through every part of the setup.
Overall, a truly professional service. Highly recommended.
From first speedy contact, excellent communication throughout. Site visit was excellent, Simon took the time to carefully listen and discuss our requirements, good suggestions and knew exactly what was needed in areas we hadn't thought of, very professional! Written quote received quickly detailing all options discussed. On the day of install the team headed by Brandon arrived on time, surveyed the site and agreed all work before starting. Clean tidy, speedy install with minimal disruption.

Brendon, who is one of their loyal engineers, revisited again and was so polite and helpful, ensured everything was updated and set up correctly, and took the time to go through the app/system with me to ensure I knew how the new updates worked and as well took the time to set up a couple of new things I wanted/needed. Brendon even went above and beyond as to put back up my indoor sensors for me (as my partner still hadn’t done so after redecorating a few months ago)! Really so helpful and always go above and beyond!
The system itself is genuinely top of its league! It works absolutely perfectly, and is extremely clear with the picture and sound and there are never any delays with the notifications! The new updates are also impressive as they allow more/different ways to receive notifications and even alarm the inside/outside of our house! Additionally, I love the smart feature of knowing it can detect humans only, really so helpful!
I could not recommend the software/hardware enough and as well Simon and his team! Absolutely brilliant and always make me feel very safe and assured at all times! Thank you so much!
Edit- I had an issue with the hard drive a few years on and contacted Simon for advice. He gave me a quick solution to get the issue sorted and all seems to be working again.

From the initial enquiry I received a call back within a few minutes to arrange a time for a site visit. The job was booked in quickly on a date that was suitable for me so I didn’t have to take time off work.
From start to finish I have been very impressed and happy with the service received, the aftercare has also been top notch.
The app is extremely easy to use and puts my mind at ease that my property is now covered 24 hours a day.
I have already recommended Zone to friends and family I just hope they make contact.

I contacted a few CCTV companies in Leeds, some that were slow to respond and one that turned me away as they didn't like using Hik.
However start to finish Zone CCTV were spot on. Responded to me fast, turned up same day, quote sent over within hours, and installation with 5 days. Also helped steer me (correctly) away from the colorvu to the Acusense - something which in hindsight they couldnt have been more right about!!! Installation went smoothly and they did a truly fantastic job making it look good by hiding wires etc.
For anyone thinking of getting a proper cctv setup look no further than Zone.
