Edit- I had an issue with the hard drive a few years on and contacted Simon for advice. He gave me a quick solution to get the issue sorted and all seems to be working again.
A special mention goes to Simon, who has been an absolute star throughout. The installation itself was smooth and efficient—everything was set up within a couple of hours without any hassle. From the initial enquiry I received a call back within a few minutes to arrange a time for a site visit. The job was booked in quickly on a date that was suitable for me so I didn’t have to take time off work.
From start to finish I have been very impressed and happy with the service received, the aftercare has also been top notch.
The app is extremely easy to use and puts my mind at ease that my property is now covered 24 hours a day.
I have already recommended Zone to friends and family I just hope they make contact.

I contacted a few CCTV companies in Leeds, some that were slow to respond and one that turned me away as they didn't like using Hik.
However start to finish Zone CCTV were spot on. Responded to me fast, turned up same day, quote sent over within hours, and installation with 5 days. Also helped steer me (correctly) away from the colorvu to the Acusense - something which in hindsight they couldnt have been more right about!!! Installation went smoothly and they did a truly fantastic job making it look good by hiding wires etc.
For anyone thinking of getting a proper cctv setup look no further than Zone.
